Looks good on paper but beware..
We purchased the Answering Attendant with the primary objective of auto dialing with the ability of those receiving the calls to be able to respond. This is probably its simplest function. We worked with the email support for 5 months and were never able to get the program to work. Each email response was minimal and took two days to receive. The manual is very incomplete and does not explain all the choices nor how to troubleshoot. There is a limited tech support by phone feature that costs extra money. The company allows for refunds within 30 days. Problem is that they take so long to sort out the problems that the 30 days goes by and you are still trying to get it to work to you can evaluate its performance. Add to that that the program freezes constantly. It is supposed to be able to differentiate between calls answered by a person and those answered by a machine or voicemail. That feature works sporadically. We have asked for a refund. They have refused.
